‘The old ways are gone’: Number of women apprentices slowly growing in NZ

Apprentices Zoë Cowling, 22, Maddie Bryan, 18, and Mia Burford-Baynes, 23, say they’ve not experienced any disrespect as female tradies on the Ruru Homes lot.
